Product Details

The Dorman 994-038 Evaporative Emissions Purge Valve is a direct-fit replacement component designed to restore proper EVAP system function in your vehicle. This valve controls the flow of fuel vapors from the charcoal canister to the intake manifold, allowing the engine to burn trapped vapors and prevent harmful emissions from escaping into the atmosphere.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for failed or malfunctioning OEM purge valve
  • Helps eliminate check engine light codes related to EVAP system failures
  • Engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
  • Durable construction designed for long-lasting performance
  • Rigorous quality testing ensures reliable operation

A faulty purge valve can trigger diagnostic trouble codes, cause rough idle, poor fuel economy, and emissions test failures. Replacing a failed purge valve with this Dorman component restores proper vapor management and helps your vehicle run cleaner and more efficiently.
