Product Details

The Stabilus 3B-029259 is a premium quality tailgate lift support designed to provide smooth, controlled operation of your vehicle's tailgate or liftgate. This gas-charged strut ensures effortless opening and secure holding of the tailgate in the raised position, eliminating the need for manual support and preventing sudden drops that could cause injury or damage.

Key Features:

  • Precision-engineered gas spring design for consistent, reliable performance
  • Manufactured by Stabilus, a leading OEM and aftermarket supplier of lift supports
  • Direct replacement for worn or failed factory struts
  • High-quality construction ensures long service life
  • Restores proper tailgate operation and safety

Over time, lift supports lose gas pressure and fail to hold the tailgate securely. Replacing worn struts with this genuine Stabilus unit restores factory performance and provides peace of mind. Professional installation is recommended, and supports should be replaced in pairs for balanced operation.

I have a kerosene ready-heater that is difficult to drain at the end of the season without making a mess. I bought the 14" d-funnel to try to find a better way. This was it. nice funnel, good price.

Product was not available elsewhere.
