Dayco DP815 Drive Belt Tensioner Pulley

The Dayco DP815 is a precision-engineered drive belt tensioner pulley designed to maintain proper tension and alignment in your vehicle's accessory drive belt system. Manufactured by Dayco, a trusted name in power transmission and drive system components, this pulley is built to OE specifications for reliable, long-lasting performance.

Key Features:

• Engineered to original equipment specifications for precise fit and function
• High-quality bearing construction for smooth, quiet operation
• Durable materials resist heat, wear, and environmental contaminants
• Helps prevent belt slipping, squealing, and premature belt wear
• Direct replacement for worn or failed OEM tensioner pulleys

Replacing a worn tensioner pulley is a critical part of accessory drive belt maintenance. A failing pulley can cause belt misalignment, excessive noise, and ultimately belt failure — leaving you without power steering, charging, or cooling. The Dayco DP815 restores proper belt system function and is an ideal companion part when replacing the serpentine or accessory drive belt.
