Dorman 904-6017 NOx Sensor Diesel Particulate Filter Inlet

The Dorman 904-6017 is a nitrogen oxide (NOx) sensor designed to monitor emissions at the inlet of the diesel particulate filter (DPF). This sensor plays a critical role in diesel exhaust aftertreatment systems by measuring NOx levels before they enter the DPF, allowing the engine control module to optimize combustion and manage emissions control systems for compliance with modern emissions standards.

Key Features:

• Direct replacement for failed or faulty OE NOx sensors
• Monitors nitrogen oxide levels at the DPF inlet position
• Designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications for reliable performance
• Helps maintain proper emissions system operation and prevents check engine lights
• Engineered for durability in high-temperature exhaust environments

This NOx sensor is essential for maintaining proper diesel engine performance and ensuring your vehicle meets emissions requirements. Dorman engineers their sensors to provide accurate readings and long-lasting reliability in demanding diesel exhaust conditions.
