Dorman 904-6013 NOx Sensor Diesel Particulate Filter Outlet

The Dorman 904-6013 is a direct-replacement nitrogen oxide (NOx) sensor designed to mount at the outlet of the diesel particulate filter (DPF) on select diesel-powered vehicles. This critical emissions component monitors NOx levels in the exhaust stream after it passes through the DPF, providing essential data to the engine control module for proper emissions system operation and compliance.

Key Features:

• Direct replacement for failed or faulty OE NOx sensor at DPF outlet position
• Monitors nitrogen oxide levels in post-DPF exhaust gases
• Ensures proper selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system performance
• Helps prevent check engine lights and emissions-related fault codes
• Engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications for reliable operation
• Rigorous quality testing for durability in harsh exhaust environments

This sensor is essential for maintaining proper emissions system function and meeting regulatory requirements. A failing NOx sensor can trigger dashboard warning lights, reduce engine performance, and cause the vehicle to enter reduced power mode. The Dorman 904-6013 provides a cost-effective solution to restore proper emissions monitoring and system operation.
