Cusco 404 003 AL Radiator Cooling Plate Anodized Blue Aluminum

The Cusco 404 003 AL Radiator Cooling Plate is an essential performance upgrade designed to maximize radiator efficiency by optimizing airflow management. This precision-engineered cooling plate addresses a common issue where air bypasses the radiator through the gap between the radiator top and upper support, instead directing all incoming air through the radiator core for superior cooling performance.

Key Features:

• Lightweight aluminum construction with signature Cusco blue anodized finish
• Bolt-on installation using factory mounting points and hardware
• Channels air directly through radiator rather than over it
• Reduces coolant temperatures during track sessions and high-speed driving
• Helps prevent overheating under demanding conditions
• Adds distinctive high-performance appearance to engine bay
• Mirror-polished finish for premium aesthetics

By increasing the volume of air passing through the radiator fins, this cooling plate maintains consistent engine temperatures during circuit racing, continuous high-speed operation, and spirited driving. The simple bolt-on design allows installation in minutes using standard hand tools, making it an accessible upgrade for enthusiasts seeking improved cooling efficiency and enhanced engine bay styling.
