OEM 129-410-01-15 Driveshaft Flex Disc Kit for Mercedes-Benz

The OEM 129-410-01-15 Flex Disc Kit is a genuine Mercedes-Benz driveline component designed to connect the transmission to the driveshaft in rear-wheel drive vehicles. Also known as a guibo (giubo), this flexible rubber coupling plays a critical role in transmitting rotational torque while dampening vibrations and accommodating minor angular misalignments between drivetrain components.

Key Features:

• Genuine OEM quality flex disc coupling for reliable performance
• Reinforced rubber construction designed to absorb excess torsional loads during acceleration and deceleration
• Reduces driveline vibration transfer from transmission to driveshaft
• Includes complete parts kit with mounting hardware for front and rear positions
• Direct replacement for Mercedes-Benz part numbers 129-410-01-15 and 220-410-02-15

This flex disc kit is an essential maintenance component that helps ensure smooth power transmission and a comfortable driving experience. The reinforced rubber material allows the coupling to flex and absorb vibrations while withstanding the full transmitted torque of the drivetrain. Regular inspection and replacement of worn flex discs is crucial to prevent excessive driveshaft movement, abnormal vibrations, and potential damage to the transmission, driveshaft, or differential. Signs of a failing flex disc include visible cracks in the rubber, vibrations at low speeds, clicking sounds when engaging the transmission, and knocking noises that increase with acceleration.
