BMC FB01023 High-Flow Replacement Air Filter

The BMC FB01023 is a high-performance replacement panel air filter designed as a direct drop-in upgrade for the factory paper filter. This filter installs in the vehicle's original airbox to replace the OEM air filter, delivering enhanced airflow and filtration without requiring any modifications to the stock air intake system.

Advanced Filtration Technology:

• Made of highly performing materials that allow increased air flow combined with more efficient filtration, guaranteeing containment of all impurities from as small as 7 microns (compared to OEM's 10 microns)
• Multi-layered cotton gauze soaked with low viscosity oil covered with an epoxy coated alloy mesh to ensure protection from petrol fumes and oxidization due to air humidity
• Provides nearly 40% greater airflow than paper, enclosed in an alloy mesh screen for structural integrity

Superior Construction:

• Produced using a "Full Moulding" system that enables the characteristic red filter to be realized from a single mould with no welded joints thus avoiding easy breakage
• The rubber frame has a long life, is very durable and has optimum adhesion characteristics to all shapes of airboxes
• Designed and made in Italy with racing-proven materials and engineering

Lifetime Washable Design:

All BMC air filters are pre-oiled, and they can be washed and regenerated by using the appropriate BMC regeneration kit. This washable, reusable design eliminates the ongoing cost and waste of disposable paper filters, making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly performance upgrade.

Racing Heritage:

Original equipment for the Ferrari Formula 1 Team and Ferrari GT race team, as well as Porsche Motorsports, Mercedes Benz F1 and GT race teams, and the AUDI Motorsports Team. BMC brings championship-winning filtration technology to street vehicles.
