The Injen EVO5005 Evolution Cold Air Intake System represents the next generation of performance air intake technology for Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT vehicles equipped with the 3.6L V6 engine. Engineered and manufactured in Pomona, California, this complete intake system delivers proven dyno-tested gains of up to 11 horsepower and 11 lb-ft of torque while maintaining compatibility with factory calibration—no aftermarket tuning required.

Roto-Molded Construction:

Built from cross-linked high-density polyethylene, the EVO5005 features a one-piece sealed housing that provides extreme durability and long-lasting performance. The custom-designed intake tube is dyno-tuned to optimize airflow while utilizing Injen's patented MAF sensor tuning process, ensuring accurate fuel trims and preventing check engine lights. The aggressive design maintains OEM fitment quality while enhancing under-hood appearance with the integrated Injen Clear-View badge.

Innovative Twist-Lock System:

The all-new Injen Twist-Lock System securely attaches the SuperNano-Web dry air filter without unnecessary hardware, simplifying installation and filter servicing. This unique design allows for the largest possible filter size for maximum air volume and enhanced power gains. The fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry air filter (replacement part number X-1108-BB) provides superior filtration without requiring oil.

Modular Design Capability:

The EVO5005 continues Injen's modular intake system concept, allowing easy adaptation with the fully-functional snorkel system (part number EVO15168, sold separately) for enhanced water crossing capability and off-road performance.
