OSC Radiator Assembly
OSC Radiator Assemblies: Engineered Cooling You Can Count On
When an engine overheats, the consequences can be severe — warped heads, blown gaskets, and costly repairs. That's why choosing a quality replacement radiator assembly matters as much as any other repair on your vehicle. OSC Automotive has built a dedicated following among professional technicians and DIY enthusiasts alike by engineering radiator assemblies that don't just replicate the original — they often improve upon it.
OE Form, Fit, and Function — With Upgrades Where It Counts
OSC prides itself on solving OE design failures in order to provide radiators with better life expectancies than the originals. Rather than simply copying the factory part, OSC engineers review each application and introduce targeted improvements. Enhancements are added to solve original design failures and to improve the life of high mileage vehicles — including adding more fins per inch, thicker cores, and even larger transmission coolers to overcome the added heat associated with these vehicles.
OSC radiators are technically advanced and made from premium grade Alcoa aluminum, with tubes that are cadmium plated inside and out to prevent premature failure. OSC does not substitute aluminum coolers in place of stainless steel plate or copper and brass concentric coolers, and they use a die-cut gasket to ensure there are no leaks — with each radiator individually pressure tested and engineered for multi-fit without compromising look and fit.
Rigorous Testing at Every Stage of Production
One of OSC's most distinctive commitments is their multi-stage quality verification process. Complete radiators are 100% tested up to three times during production: OSC tests the transmission and engine oil coolers prior to installation into the tank, the radiator core is tested prior to assembly, and once the assembly is complete the unit is tested again. Transmission and oil coolers are tested before installation on needed units, and radiator cores are qualified before and after assembly using state-of-the-art cycle, vibration, burst, and environment testing. This level of validation is rarely matched in the aftermarket segment.
A Broad Application Coverage for Passenger Cars, Trucks, and Heavy Duty Vehicles
OSC has over 1,400+ SKUs available , ensuring strong coverage across domestic and import nameplates. OSC's radiators are designed to handle high-performance cooling in demanding environments, and for heavy duty vehicles under extreme conditions or high mileage, they go beyond OE specifications to deliver a product that will perform and go the distance. The heavy duty lineup features enhanced header plate design to eliminate flexing, heavier gauge enhanced tubes, double crimp strips on all tabbed-over models, and over 200 SKUs covering everything from Class 8 trucks to forklifts.
Drop-In Installation With Everything Included
OSC understands that it is very important that each part goes in as easily as the existing one comes out, and that it looks and functions like the original unit. All necessary fittings or hardware are included in each unit for an easy install. The OSC radiator contains no remanufactured components and is designed to operate in either city or highway driving. Whether you're a shop technician looking to turn the job quickly or a weekend mechanic tackling your first cooling system replacement, OSC's ready-to-install assemblies reduce the chance of missing hardware holding up the job.
