Product Details

The Cusco 231 003 AL Radiator Cooling Plate is a precision-engineered aluminum panel designed to optimize airflow and improve cooling efficiency. This performance upgrade closes the gap between the top of the radiator and the upper radiator support, preventing air from escaping over the radiator and instead directing it through the radiator core where it's needed most.

Key Features:

  • Constructed from lightweight anodized aluminum with signature Cusco blue finish
  • Polished to a mirror shine with engraved Cusco logo
  • Reduces air flow turbulence around the radiator for improved cooling performance
  • Helps maintain consistent coolant temperatures during high-speed driving and track use
  • Easy bolt-on installation using standard hand tools
  • Hand-crafted in Japan by Cusco, renowned for chassis reinforcement and cooling components

By eliminating the air bypass gap above the radiator, this cooling plate forces more air through the radiator fins, resulting in lower water temperatures during spirited driving and helping prevent overheating under demanding conditions. The anodized finish provides excellent corrosion resistance while adding a distinctive high-performance appearance to your engine bay.
