Product Details

SEM Products Dual-Mix 39337 is a two-component epoxy adhesive specifically engineered for bonding automotive door skins, sheet molded compound (SMC) panels, and a wide range of body substrates — all without welding. Backed by OEM recommendations and SEM's Dual-Mix Forever Warranty, this professional-grade adhesive delivers consistent, long-lasting results in collision repair and body restoration environments.

Key Features:

  • Two-Component Epoxy Formula — Quickly bonds any combination of steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and SMC
  • Non-Sag Formulation — Stays in place on vertical surfaces; applies cleanly at any angle without dripping or running
  • Excellent Corrosion Protection — Forms a protective barrier at bonded joints to resist rust and deterioration
  • OEM Recommended — Meets original equipment manufacturer standards for collision repair
  • Dual-Mix Forever Warranty — When used as directed, SEM guarantees product performance indefinitely
  • Extended Two-Year Shelf Life — Reduces waste and ensures the adhesive is ready when needed
  • High Lap Shear Strength — Exceeds 2,300 PSI on steel (ASTM D 1002)

Working Properties (at 70°F / 21°C):

  • Working Time: 30 minutes
  • Set Time: 2 hours
  • Full Cure Time: 24 hours
  • Heat Cure Time: 1 hour at 120–140°F (49–60°C)
  • Coverage: 115 inches at 3/8-inch diameter bead

Compatible Substrates: Steel, Aluminum, Fiberglass, SMC

Packaged in a 7 oz. black dual-cartridge format, the 39337 requires an applicator gun (SEM Part #71119) and static mixing tips (SEM Part #70011 or #70012), sold separately. Ideal for door skin replacements, quarter panel bonding, and SMC body component repairs in professional body shops and collision centers.

Second time customer of Autoplicity: Ordered Husky Liners Weatherbeater Floor mats for a 2012 Toyota Tundra, Called in this morning to verify availability, call answered on second ring, great service placed the order immediately. Haven't even received the product yet but the service has been so outstanding had to let everyone know this company is for real.
