My order had a delay. I believe this was due to the fact that it was shipping from the manufacturer so I can't really blame Autoplicity. The customer service team did not originally respond to my first e-mail, but they did respond to me once I opened a dispute in PayPal and the issue was resolved. I couldn't find a better price on the part I ordered though (or anything remotely near that price for that matter).

I liked the website and it's layout. Very easy to find merchandise. When I called i liked the fact that I was put through to a person right away.
