I bought an Edge Evolution CS tuner for my 05 Avalanche at a great price, a lot cheaper than any other place I looked. Delivery time was amazing it tooked two days from the time it was processed and it was over the Christmas holiday and it still made it to my front door in less than a week with regular ground shipping. Customer support is awesome and fast at answering any and every question you have and remedying any problem. Great site and great service. using amazon pay is easy
I was not able to track the UPS shipment until the day of delivery. Maybe the number did not scan correctly at the time of shipment. Customer service did show it was shipped on time, and it arrived quickly.

So far I am happy with Autoplicity's order status updates. I like when shipments are in process and with the updates I know progress is happening. When an order doesn't seem to be moving along a customer wonders what the hold up is. Well so far I don't have to wonder which makes me more patient in waiting for my order. Thank you, I will explore Autoplicity's website for more cool stuff for my car.
