My second order for the same rack for our new fleet pickup truck. I did not know what to expect with the first delivery. I was very satisfied and impressed with the quality for the price paid. The price on my second order within a month or two did increase approximately $12. I still feel this price is within reason. Of course we all like to pay less! The shipping time is adequate for the free delivery. I do recommend this rack. If the others in this line are as well build you will not go wrong with this brand. Recently placed an order for some head studs for my car. They were much less expensive at autoplicity than elsewhere. I was surprised I hadn't heard anything back after a couple days, but was reassured that orders are processed within 24 business hours (3 days), not 24 hours (which I misread in my confirmation email). Just received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number today.

I have had a very good experience with Autoplicity and will look for more parts here. I called Customer Service and they were very good and accurate with me. It was easy, they were very nice, immediate response, and great price.
