The part was good, but packaging was all torn up. Not packed well. A delicate part would have been destroyed.

Ordered the PUTCO RED Blade LED Light Bar PN 92010-60 for my 2018 Ford Raptor w/802A. Package came via FedEx with no damage, packaged well. Installation instructions were in the package but they were not the most current that covers install on 2015-Current Ford F150 and 2017-Current Ford Super-Duty Trucks. The updated instructions can be found here: https://www.putco.com/blade-led-light-bar-60 click on "Product Downloads" below the pictures and select "Installation instructions - For FORD Trucks equipped with BLIS (Blind Spot Information System)". Best price for the particular part I was ordering. Their staff/customer service is very helpful and polite, but unfortunately their shipping times are lacking. Before ordering on Monday, I called to verify the item was in stock, and asked what shipping method I would need to ensure it would arrive before Saturday. I was told 2nd Day Air. I ordered that same day (around 1pm). The package wasn't shipped until Wednesday evening, AFTER I called and inquired a to why it hasn't moved. What really upset me though was that the package ended up being shipped UPS Ground anyways, to arrive here the very next day. Long story short, I shouldn't have had to pay the extra $20+.

As I'm not familiar with your company, I was shopping by price and even with a more expensive shipping fee autoplicity.com was the least expensive. The order arrived on time without any problem. I'm very pleased and will order in the future.
