I needed two fairly expensive parts for a project. Naturally, I shopped everywhere before deciding on where to purchase them. Autoplicity had the best price on the carburetor. I continued shopping around for the alternator, and ended up right back at the Autoplicity website, because they beat everyone else on that price also! And I don't mean by a few dollars! HUGE savings! Thanks Autoplicity! In the words of Arnold, "I'll be back!"

The ordering process was easy and the price of the product was fair. I was; however, disappointed with one thing. I received an email from Autoplicity for 25% off shipping but it would not work when I was checking out. I called the customer service number and the gentleman was not helpful at all.

Unbeliveable customer service and super fast shipping. I had a question about my order and I was able to use the online chat function to instantly connect with a customer service agent that was quick to answer all my questions regarding my order. Shopping was easy and being able to pay via Amazon is convenient. I do have to say autoplicity shipping emails and tracking webpage is behind. By the time they notified me that it shipped I had already received the products 2 days before. That's not a bad
