The site is clear and easy to navigate. With so many places to get what I want online it is easy to make a mistake and buy through a shady site. I was buying an expensive item ($500) and wanted to make sure that I was not going to have issues. I did my research and read many positive reviews before making my purchase through Autoplicity. Great prices for the parts I needed to replace on my SUV, a bit hard to reach customer service when I had a question about the order. When I finally did reach CS, question was answered without any issues, shipping costs seem a bit high.
