I bought an Edge Evolution CS tuner for my 05 Avalanche at a great price, a lot cheaper than any other place I looked. Delivery time was amazing it tooked two days from the time it was processed and it was over the Christmas holiday and it still made it to my front door in less than a week with regular ground shipping. Customer support is awesome and fast at answering any and every question you have and remedying any problem. Great site and great service. Hi - I just want to say what a great job your customer service person - Rob Fratu did for me. I purchased a set of Mickey Thompson Indy tires thru Autoplicity's internet site. To my misfortune; the tires were out-of date (manuf. in 2005)when they were shipped from the warehouse. One of the tires immediately began to split around the outerside wall once it was mounted. I emailed pictures to Rob ; and he took care of the entire situation and got 100% of my purchase refunded to me.<br>I want to thank Rob for all his assistance and for Autoplicity for taking care of the customer and standing behind their business!! I must admit - I was a little worried and expected the worst? thanks again - best regards - Willis Hiscock
