The one star for customer service is not necessarily anyone's fault. I received 1/2 of my order, sent in a request for information on the other 1/2 but never received a reply. However, the rest of the order did show up the next day

found what I was looking for very quickly very pleased with the price and the look at the competitors prices. Gave me all the info except where it was made to make an informed decision to buy.

I ordered a set of inner tie rods for my car from Autoplicity and found their prices to be the lowest online for the brand I was looking for. Items were ship out in 2 business days from the original manufacturer. Shipping prices were kind of on the expensive end considering the package size and weight so if Autoplicity adjust their shipping prices to be more competitive, I think their service and pricing would be hard to beat!
