Quick and easy. I would like a little more confirmation before the order was actually sent. Also, an estimated ship time would be nice. But other than that this was very trouble free.

By far the best price on the web for this item. I saved enough to buy other parts I needed. Parts were shipped the next day. A++ transaction

They had the best price on a hitch I was looking for and the shipping was fast also. The hitch was shipped bare except for taping the box of bolts to it thus leaving the hitch open and chipping the paint/powdercoating in quite a few places which I had to touch up before installing.
