These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

Great prices! Fast shipping on parts that were in stock! Parts that came factory direct took a few extra days longer. But couldn't beat the prices!

This is the easiest purchase I ever made. The visor is great and installation was a breeze. The service by Autoplicity was A-1. Shipping was better than standard. Will buy from them again.
