easy to order and quick. 4 stars vs 5: only need to cross reference the Motorcraft Part number to the vehicle part number which I used to search

I like that your site has the quantity available for each item. I just tried to order this same item from another site which eventually canceled the order because the product was not in stock and they were unable to attain more from the manufacturer.

I found the trailer jack I was looking for at Autoplicity by doing a Google search. The order policy and follow-up emails were promt and complete. I will defeinately put Autoplicity in my "Favorites" for future needs.

Thanks guys...

My order had a delay. I believe this was due to the fact that it was shipping from the manufacturer so I can't really blame Autoplicity. The customer service team did not originally respond to my first e-mail, but they did respond to me once I opened a dispute in PayPal and the issue was resolved. I couldn't find a better price on the part I ordered though (or anything remotely near that price for that matter).
