Autoplicity had the air filter I needed in stock when NO ONE else did. They responded quickly and got my order shipped. The only downside was that the shipping cost (regular shipping) was quite high compared to things I have ordered from other places. Still, total cost was comparable to what I would have paid if I purchased it locally.

I was able to place the order very quickly. Also, you had the parts in stock, and every other supplier I contacted would have had to special order the parts from the manufacturer. Thank you.

Everything worked well for me with this order. The only funny thing is that Autoplicity claimed that the part I was ordering will not fit make and model of my car, despite the fact that I was ordering manufacturer part number specific to my vehicle.
