Product reviews for ACDelco 15-287 N.l.a. (b)

awesome dealer ..... easy site to search.... fast shipping

Excellent prices. Product was very good quality. I would recommend Autoplicity to others.

We ordered a Thule 9003 Raceway 2-bike rack for my 2011 Honda Civic and it arrived in 2 days. We were very surprised at the fast service. I also had my thoughts that it wouldn't be the exact name brand product I was looking for and a off brand but the same type and I have to say it was exactly the product I wanted. The price was great too. I researched several dealers and Autoplicity was the lowest price at $100 less than others and that included the shipping. I would definitely order from Autoplicity again.

Very fast process.

Excellent service. Fast delivery.

Will use Autoplicity in the future. Just dont fully belive the 24hour shipping. I ordered 2 parts that where listed as in stock and it still took 3 days to ship. When I called customer service about my order agents where rude and stated there shipping is based upon 24 "buisness" hours.

I pieced a roof rack setup from all over the internet, and Autoplicity consistently beat every other vendor on price and shipping, even most auctions on eBay!
I found the site confusing when searching for items directly (why was the "Roof Racks & Cargo Carriers" dropdown empty, when Google showed their ads for tons of these products?). Since they always came up at the top of a Google Shopping search for products, using their website's internal navigation wasn't ever necessary.
Customer service guy was a little snippy, but I could have just been interrupting his lunch.

Very easy ordering process. Free shipping is a plus.

Great prices and fast shipping.

By far they had the cheapest prices. I made a mistake on my order and they were able to switch it out for the correct item before it shipped. Amazing guest service over the phone, will def shop again with their low prices.
