The order was placed on a weekend (Order #30758 <br>Order Date: Saturday, September 15, 2012 Order Total: $31.73 <br>It was processed on the first business day. I couldn't ask for a quicker response.<br><br>Good joob all !!!<br>Marty Spellman

Best price for the particular part I was ordering. Their staff/customer service is very helpful and polite, but unfortunately their shipping times are lacking. Before ordering on Monday, I called to verify the item was in stock, and asked what shipping method I would need to ensure it would arrive before Saturday. I was told 2nd Day Air. I ordered that same day (around 1pm). The package wasn't shipped until Wednesday evening, AFTER I called and inquired a to why it hasn't moved. What really upset me though was that the package ended up being shipped UPS Ground anyways, to arrive here the very next day. Long story short, I shouldn't have had to pay the extra $20+.

I have not received my order because it is still the same day I ordered therefore i can not comment on shipping. However I do not worry about that process at all due to the professional look autoplicity.com shows through their website. The prices are the website are the lowest I've found and in-stock quantity is great allow me to find every I needed.

Easy website to shop on. Good phone support. Package will be arriving in a timely manner. All in all seems like a good company.
