Did an extensive search on line to find the best price available, and autoplicity was definitely the best. Now I no longer need to spend more time searching, I will go straight to autoplicity!

My initial review was 1 star because I ordered a Thule rooftop cargo box, but cancelled the order after Autoplicity called me about collecting extra money to ship the item after their website did not charge me enough for shipping. After my initial review Autoplicity offered to ship the item totally free since the issue was a flaw in their website. This was unexpected, above and beyond in my opinion. I have yet to receive the item but commend Autoplicity's customer service

I had a great experience ordering my springs through Autoplicity. I received instant notification of my order as it was placed. I was very happy to see shipping information so quickly after the order was placed, also. Last, but not least, I received the springs SO FAST! Best price, instant notification of order status, fastest shipping, therefore best review that I can write! Thanks, Autoplicity, I will be a return customer if I need anything else!
