The site was easy to navigate, the part I needed easy to find and for a great price. The whole experience of doing business with Autoplicity was pleasant and I am confident I will look to them again for any future needs.

I pieced a roof rack setup from all over the internet, and Autoplicity consistently beat every other vendor on price and shipping, even most auctions on eBay!
I found the site confusing when searching for items directly (why was the "Roof Racks & Cargo Carriers" dropdown empty, when Google showed their ads for tons of these products?). Since they always came up at the top of a Google Shopping search for products, using their website's internal navigation wasn't ever necessary.
Customer service guy was a little snippy, but I could have just been interrupting his lunch.
