I ordered my Auto Vent Shade bug deflector 18174 on Thursday afternoon, June 14, 2012, and had it on my front porch by Tuesday, June 19, 2012. I thought that was fast shipping, especially considering there was a weekend involved. The price was also very reasonable. I am anxious to install my new bug deflector. Great website with very quick response time and fast shipping.  Product arrived as described, however packing fell short of my expectations as manufacturer's box was taped up and components were jarred around during transit causing some pieces to be scratched.  Overall, would certainly do business with the company again due to flawless customer service.
