I paid for 2nd day shipping and 5 days later they were shipped out. So, I should receive my rotors in a full week from when I paid for 2 day shipping. I called customer service and they discounted the shipping rate to ground service. At least they were polite and helpful in the phone.

Good prices and easy ordering process (order #18003). The only issue that I had was after placing the order, completing the entire process, I received three emails stating that "We noticed that you started checking out on our site, but didn't quite finish the process". After calling customer service, they ensured me that the order was complete. Since then, I receive the same email(3 emails at a time) on a daily basis. Just a little annoying, but easy enough to delete.

Wonderful experience with seller. Ordered on a Monday night and received on Thursday. Talking about service. Man these guys are awesome. I will be ordering more in the future with Autoplicity. Thanks again!
