Great pricing, Great shipping speed-- be careful, not a very consumer friendly return policy, fyi. Make sure your orders are correct!!

Prompt delivery. Excellent packaging. But most of all, items were the perfect fit. I will definitely consider Autoplicity for future purchases.

These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

Great prices for the parts I needed to replace on my SUV, a bit hard to reach customer service when I had a question about the order. When I finally did reach CS, question was answered without any issues, shipping costs seem a bit high.

I loved the low prices and shipping is fast it only took about 4 days to get my parts. The thing that really makes me want to buy again is the customer service, I actually got to talk to a real person when I called!
