i think its early to be sking about the "rating', most consumers will tell you its the overall experience. Yeah ive placed an order, but how long before product arrives?, also what about the quality? Im at your mercy, for i am in need of a good puller. Untilit arrives i ahve to stop on my project.

It's crazy to have to pay almost $20 for shipping, then on top of that, I have to pay a separate fee of $2.50 in case it gets lost or stolen during shipping. How about the $20 I already spent makes sure I get the item I'm paying for. Jesus.

I ordered a electric contactor for my 15-year-old whole house generator from Autoplicity. The device I received is an exact OEM replacement. Autoplicity offered the best price, undercutting the competition by a mile. Shipping was very quick via FedEx. I was concerned about possible shipping damage since the contactor is a fairly heavy electromechanical device. I was pleased to find that it arrived in perfect condition. The unit was very well packaged in a custom expanding foam insert. It was for me a very nice experience dealing with Autoplicity!
