Had issues Friday where your site wouldn't take my credit card, and then I tried 2 other cards with same result. Got an email yesterday that I has stuff in the cart and thought I would try again and it worked today. Shopping was great, just checkout was a problem.

My shopping experience with Autoplicity has been great! I received my order with the two day express mail. When I went to set the clock hands, the hour hand fell off inside of the clock. I need to replace this unit and I'm wondering what the process is and how to do it. Please let me know!
