The shipment was packed and cushioned very well; there was no damage to the 2 MOPAR OE shock absorbers!
The only thing odd about the shipment is that it says there were 3 items delivered when I only ordered 2 shocks, and 2 were delivered! What is the 3rd item they are referring to, or is that just a typo?

I'm waiting on my refund. I was not happy that I couldn't talk to a real person regarding my return and my repurchase of the correct prop that I needed. So , if I get my total refund without a huge restocking fee(since the prop is new in original packaging and I bought another prop that is the correct size) then I will be extremely satisfied.
