Quick and easy, however, last time I ordered, the item which was available when I ordered, was changed to "Out of Stock" after my order was accepted and paid for.

I paid as much for the 2 day shipping as I did for the product and end of the 4th day was delivered wich left my clients with out hot water for extra 2 days
