Overall it was a great experience. The only negative was the email I received telling me my part was backordered when it wasn't. The person I delt with about that email was friendly and helpful.

Your online system would not allow me to put my Alaska address for billing, even though the order was to be shipped to Texas. I sent repeated emails requesting a phone call and no one would call me or provide me a number to call.
