The website is quick and easy to navigate. The prices were the lowest I had seen for the item I was shopping for. I was hoping to receive an email reposnse from their customer service to a question I had about how the item would fit, but they never got back to me. The item ended up fitting and working properly, after drilling a couple holes as the universal bracket they sent did not exactly line up. Other than that, the item is great and very sturdy. I will shop from them again.

This company is super fast to get you your order! I ordered online and figured it would be at least a couple days or so until my order would even get processed. I think they overnighted it to me! The package showed up undamaged and sealed. Unfortunately, I may have to return the product as I am thinking I would like the spikes shorter but that is no fault of Thmotorsports. Hopefully their customer service is as superior as their ordering and shipping. At this point I would definitely shop there again and recommend them.
