Easy to purchase at a good price. Delivery and packaging were great. Battery was charged to 12.58 Volts, which was perfect. I installed it and it worked!

My shopping experience with Autoplicity has been great! I received my order with the two day express mail. When I went to set the clock hands, the hour hand fell off inside of the clock. I need to replace this unit and I'm wondering what the process is and how to do it. Please let me know!
