I ordered some tires and needed 4 tires. They sent me 2 and didn't have enough to fill the order. I explained what happened and they promptly sent me a return label promptly to correct the situation. I will definitely use them in the future.

I had first contacted through the "contact us" place on the web page, with no response. Later I found the customer service email, and had very good response. I'd suggest making that customer service email more prominent!

Ordered Enkei brand hubcentric rings, company sends Coyote brand hubcentric rings. Will they work, yes but it's a classic bait-n-switch sales tactic. Wish THMotorsports was upfront & honest with their customers.
