I ordered a electric contactor for my 15-year-old whole house generator from Autoplicity. The device I received is an exact OEM replacement. Autoplicity offered the best price, undercutting the competition by a mile. Shipping was very quick via FedEx. I was concerned about possible shipping damage since the contactor is a fairly heavy electromechanical device. I was pleased to find that it arrived in perfect condition. The unit was very well packaged in a custom expanding foam insert. It was for me a very nice experience dealing with Autoplicity!

asking too many questions. i haven't had funds to have them install yet and i hate surveys that take too long. at least allow us to fill out less questions.
