Autoplicity did a great job. If not mistaken this was shipped from manufactuer. The radiator came in it's own factory box and should have been double boxed as the box was damaged pretty bad. Thank goodness the radiator survived! But one more box toss or kick in the shipping process and it would have been trash!

The website was easy to navigate. I found the product easy peasy. Placed order and my order was delivered within days not weeks. I would order again from them if I ever need shocks again.
