This is only my 2nd purchase with autoplicity. My first order was timely. The product seems to be great so, I'm ordering a 2nd one.

My shopping experience with Autoplicity has been great! I received my order with the two day express mail. When I went to set the clock hands, the hour hand fell off inside of the clock. I need to replace this unit and I'm wondering what the process is and how to do it. Please let me know!
