The product was better than expected and arrived as promised. Even better, the radiator came pre-loaded with new push lock pins for the transmission cooler lines and rubber gaskets for mounting the top of the radiator. Great surprise not needing to try and reuse the old ones.

I didn't use boatplicity.com for customer assistance, but the "contact us" section. the unit isn't, hasn't nor was it working as designed. air blows, but it isn't even close to warm air.
