Pretty easy process and good product, the only issue is on returns and making sure you order the correct parts. I take to a fella that wasn't in the office and gave me the wrong information on the correct parts needed for me lowering my sc400. Other than that pretty decent service but definitely have to be more clear on return process and expectations.!
