I had two orders, and needed to return item on first order. Had issues when it came to Getting an RMA. kept getting an Internal error. Multiple try's (a lot) and I was finely able to figure out how! There is no guidance even on "frequently asked questions category" on how submit an RMA request. What made it much harder is there was no phone # to contact Customer Service. NOT Good!!! As far as my second order, I am very happy with the Husky floor mat liners.

Hey, I ordered an aqua hot yearly maintenance kit. It was a pretty smooth transition and kit arrived shortly afterwards. Everything was in the kit as described. Definitely would order from Autoplicity again!
