Waiting to hear back about a broken part that was in one of the packages. Overall, everything seems to be satisfactory

We were thrilled to receive it so quickly and it was just a few hrs before we left on a 800 mile trip with it. The ride was much smoother than the previous trip changing from 600 lb bars to 1000 ln.
