Great product - The Escape hatch cover I purchased was new and was in perfect condition when it arrived. Shipping was fast. I am very pleased.

Shipping took longer than expected as I paid for expedited shipping. I reached out to ask why it wasn't sent two day and got no reply. The customer service could really use improvement and this is reflected in multiple reviews.
However, the products arrived safely and as described. I'm very satisfied with the pricing as well. At the end of the day, that's the most important thing.

The only issue was the shipping straps on both shocks were broken on one end only! Made it more difficult to install! But for the price I can't complain much! Thanks
