Shipping took longer than expected as I paid for expedited shipping. I reached out to ask why it wasn't sent two day and got no reply. The customer service could really use improvement and this is reflected in multiple reviews.
However, the products arrived safely and as described. I'm very satisfied with the pricing as well. At the end of the day, that's the most important thing.

I was hesitant to order from this site at first but was order was processed very quickly. I did pay the extra 9.99 for 2-day shipping and it took about 5 days for shipping total
