tried to track package and all i ever got was, your order is being processed.
i did try to call on a saturday, but business hours were over.
And yes i did try to email several times and they were either ignored or never received.

Autoplicity IT help desk was great in getting the order done. I had problems with my computer and the IT person worked things out so the order could be processed.
