My order was back ordered. I was notified soon after my order was placed. I sent an email to customer service and I was happy with the timely response and a response with an update on my order. As promised, once the order was shipped a tracking number was emailed to me. We had not used our item yet but very good customer service!

I'm still installing the steering system. But the shipping was fast. Received exactly what I ordered. Good company to do business with
